DNA polymerase free of contaminating DNA.

With Enzyme, Reaction Buffer, Diluent Buffer, Enhancer Solution P and 25 mM magnesium chloride.

peqGOLD 'Pure' Taq DNA polymerase is a highly purified version of peqGOLD Taq, certified completely free of contaminating E. coli DNA, making it well suited for sensitive experiments using bacterial templates or random primers.

Sensitive PCR reactions using bacterial templates or random primers.

- 'Pure' Taq DNA polymerase in a concentration of 5 u/μl
- 10 x reaction buffer Y for high yields
- 10 x reaction buffer S for high specificity

- Tested free from exo- and endonucleases
