Enantiomer Analysis using the Peregrine High Performance Capillary Electrophoresis (HPCE) System with Label Free Intrinsic Imaging (LFII™)

Four pairs of enantiomers from a range of basic, neutral and acidic drugs were successfully analysed and resolved using the Peregrine High Performance Capillary Electrophoresis system and deltaDOT’s proprietary LFII™ technology, demonstrating the ability to produce high quality reproducible data in terms of peak mobility (<0.1 % R.S.D.) and peak area (<2.5 % R.S.D.). In addition the ability to detect 0.1% impurity R or S Atenolol in the presence of 99.9% of the other enantiomer is demonstrated.
