Human iPS cell-derived Cardiomyocyte

Contents:
10 beating colonies. Each colony contains around 10,000 cells
Cardiomyocyte maintanance medium (100 mL)
ReproCoat (30 mL)

Human cardiomyocytes developed at ReproCELL are differentiated from human iPS cells. Cells are beating when shipped and recover to commence beating again when incubated at 37oC. These cells have been extensively validated in the QTempo system.
Fresh functional beating human heart cells
Extensively functionally charecterized using various reference compounds
Expresses cardiac ion channels and cardiomyocyte-specific markers
Optimized for cardiotoxicity test using MEA system
