The KAPS-500 is a reliable and robust Microplate Sealer with variable roller sealing pressure ensures consistent sealing with minimal user intervention.

The KAPS-500 is integrator friendly and uses a RS232 interface and is capable of up to 300 plates per hour. The flexibility of the sealer enables cross application use of the instrument to include, PCR, QPCR and crystallography amongst others. As with all KBiosystems sealing systems, the KAPS-500 can use all seal types that include breathable, pierceable, optically clear and all other adhesion based seals.

Key features:

Operator Friendly – Touch Screen allows fast and easy manual operation as a standalone product

Adaptable – The KAPS-500 will automatically adjust allowing the instrument to be used with a wide range of microplates and tube rack with plate stage inserts to allow use of more unusual microplate types as well as variable roller pressure sensors.

Fast – With fast sealing times allows 300 plates to be sealed per hour.

Versatile – Able to use all seal types across a large number of applications.

Reliable – Engineered with robustness in mind

Perfect for Integration
– Integration friendly with a large number of integrated systems already in place globally.
