Astech Projects Exhibits at MACH 2012
Astech Projects, will be exhibiting in conjunction with ClearView Imaging on booth 5664 at MACH 2012, Birmingham NEC, UK from 16-20 April.
Having recently formed a collaborative partnership, Astech Projects and ClearView Imaging will showcase their machine vision inspection capabilities.
Astech will integrate a ClearView Matrox Imaging system and a Staubli SCARA robot, to demonstrate how the two technologies can be combined to maximize the design and build of bespoke vision inspection systems.
It will perform sequential picking, placing and dispensing of different coloured golf balls.
The integration of vision inspection is key for automation within many applications to enable repeatable assessment of product assembly, quality and packaging.
In industries where there are numerous safety regulations to comply with, the ability to automatically access quality is particularly important to maintain the efficacy and safety of the product.
