deCODE biostructures, Inc. (deCODE) announces the signing of a collaborative research agreement with Institut de Recherche Servier (Servier).
Under the agreement, deCODE will conduct gene to structure research for Servier. The research and milestone-based collaboration provides Servier with access to deCODE’s expertise in de novo protein crystal structure determination, from the engineering of synthetic genes to the determination of high resolution crystal structures.
There are hundreds of thousands of structural variants (SVs) in the human genome that are hard to identify than single nucleotide variants. Researchers have used a full suite of genomic technologies to analyze the number of SVs in three individuals, and the results present as the most comprehensive catalog of SVS to date.READ MORE
