ESA Biosciences Introduces Model 584 HPLC Pump

Read time: Less than a minute

ESA Biosciences Inc., a Magellan Biosciences company, has announced the Model 584 HPLC Pump, a solvent delivery module that is designed to offer improved pulse-free solvent delivery performance even at micro flow rate ranges below 50 mL/min.

The pump’s flow rate range of 0.0001 to 10 mL/min makes the 584 ideal for analytical, microbore and LC-MS separations.

The pump comes with dual parallel plungers, designed to provide low pulsation and greater seal life, and a plunger-holding mechanism.

An automatic seal wash also prolongs seal life. The pump’s micro volume piston displacement feature (10 mL per plunger stroke) is designed to reduce noise and lower LODs with all HPLC detectors.

Meeting or exceeding U.S., Canada and EU safety requirements, ESA’s HPLC pump contains a universal power supply capable of operation on all worldwide circuits so that only one part number is necessary for ordering purposes.

The updated pump replaces the previous Model 582 for all applications.
