Mettler Toledo Differential Scanning Calorimeter Offers Unmatched Sensitivity and Resolution

Mettler Toledo has announced the latest addition to the Thermal Analysis family, the DSC823e.

DSC823e’s sensor design results in an unsurpassed combination of performance features such as flat baselines, sensitivity and peak resolution.

Mettler claims that, boasting a ceramic sensor the DSC823e is an ideal tool for measurements of thermal effects in research and development and Quality Control environments.

DSC823e sets standards in DSC like: High sensitivity - For weak transitions, Outstanding resolution - separation of closely lying effects, Automation - High sample throughput and efficiency, Modular design - Allows future expansion to meet new needs, Wide temperature range - from -150 to 700oC in one run

The DSC823e can be configured according to the needs of the user. Choose between two innovative MultiSTAR^® DSC sensors. The standard FRS5 sensor with 56 thermocouples is used for general purposes.

The HSS7 sensor, with its 120 thermocouples, is used for high sensitivity applications. With the optional sample robot, the DSC823e increases the laboratory efficiency by measuring up to 34 samples fully automatically.
