METTLER TOLEDO introduces Version 5.2 of its FreeWeigh.Net, a comprehensive software solution for quality control in pharmaceutical production.
FreeWeigh.Net provides all functions necessary for pre-packaging and in-process control for pharmaceutical applications. The system is designed for quality control of single-dose drug preparations, individual blister filling, and retail pack checking.
FreeWeigh.Net provides pharmaceutical companies with a wide range of functions to ensure compliance with the complex specifications of FDA 21 CFR Part 11. The optional Audit Trail module guarantees complete traceability of all changes in the system with programmable logs.
Additionally, the software system provides an unlimited number of user groups and over 50 individual, centrally managed authorization options. A comprehensive password management system and electronic signatures offers additional security.
With the FreeWeigh.Net device integration module, a wide variety of devices can be connected to the system without additional programming. Checkweighers, metal detectors, and manual test instruments for small batches can also be integrated and centrally monitored for packaging quality control.
