The MAbPac SCX-10 is designed specifically for high-resolution analysis and characterization of MAb variants. The new formats include: 4 × 150 mm for fast MAb separations; 4 × 50 mm column for pH gradients; and 2 × 150 mm for upstream separations in LC/MS applications.

The MAbPac SCX-10 column’s unique nonporous pellicular resin provides exceptionally high resolving power, permitting the separation of MAb variants with high resolution. Hydrophobic interactions with the resin are essentially eliminated resulting in highly resolved peaks. The column, complementing the MAb Characterization platforms, is designed to address the regulatory requirements for biopharmaceutical characterization, providing unmatched column-to-column and lot-to-lot reproducibility.
