Rigaku to Exhibit Latest X-ray Analytical Instrumentation at Achema 2015
Rigaku Corporation will be presenting its diverse line of lines of X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and Raman spectroscopy instrumentation at ACHEMA 2015, the world’s largest Process Industry convention, June, 15-19, 2015 in Frankfurt, Germany.
Rigaku is a global leader in X-ray analytical instrumentation and will be exhibiting its benchtop and handheld product offerings in Hall 4.2, Booth number G80.
On display will be the fifth generation Rigaku MiniFlex benchtop X-ray diffractometer, the Rigaku Supermini200 benchtop wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence (WDXRF) spectrometer and the HyPix-3000 2D Hybrid Pixel Array Detector. The SmartSite RS, the world’s smallest portable stress analyzer, specially designed for on-site analysis, will also be on display.
EDXRF instrumentation featured will include the Rigaku NEX CG Cartesian-geometry EDXRF spectrometer and the Rigaku NEX OL, an advanced process analyzer for on-line, multi-element analysis in process liquids or for coating thickness.
The Rigaku Progeny, a handheld Raman analyzer with 1064 nm excitation for material analysis, will also be presented.
New products will also debut at the show.
