Sample Preparation for LC/MS

In applications where serum or plasma samples have been de-proteinated using a protein precipitation microplate, such as the Porvair P3 plate, the sample is typically left in acetonitrile.

Porvair evaporators provide a quick and easy-to-use method of removing the acetonitrile before reconstituting the dried sample in a solvent system more suitable for LC/MS.
