Webinar
Genomic tools for Psilocybe cubensis propagation
On-Demand
Kevin McKernan, CSO at Medicinal Genomics will be joining us to discuss genetic variation in the Psilocybe cubensis synthesis pathway and the design of qPCR assays for simultaneous quantification of E. coli and Salmonella species contamination concurrent with Psilocybe cubensis species identification.

Webinar
Exploiting the timsTOF and MALDI-2 Platforms to Assess Pharmacodynamics and Pharmacokinetics in Preclinical Models
On-Demand
An integrated evaluation of the pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic properties of a drug is essential for successful translation to the clinic. However, cost-effective methods to measure these parameters at the systems level in pre-clinical models are lacking. Here, we introduce a timsTOF and MALDI-2 workflow to evaluate therapeutic activity. The platform combines ion mobility, mass spectrometry-based imaging, absolute drug quantitation across different biological matrices, in vivo isotope tracing, and global metabolome analysis in the adult zebrafish.

Webinar
Effective Nuclei Isolation From Tissue for Single-Nucleus Sequencing
On-Demand
In this webinar, we present a standardized workflow solution, including easy and automated nuclei extraction and isolation for reproducible single-nucleus sequencing analysis.

Webinar
Discovering Reprogrammed Molecular Pathways in Cancer Metastasis With MALDI Imaging
On-Demand
This presentation will highlight our recent progress in the discovery of N-glycans and phospholipids that significantly contribute to aberrant cancer metabolic pathways in primary tumors and metastases. We have also developed novel MALDI imaging approaches of drugs and drug metabolites that exploit key metabolic differences in tumors.

Online Event
Innovations in Disease Modeling 2022
On-Demand
This inaugural online symposium will explore the tools and techniques being used to study diseases in the lab. Focus will be given to cell culture, organ-on-a-chip and organoid models, as well as, how innovations are enabling researchers to elucidate the underlying biological mechanisms of disease and support diagnostic and therapeutic development.

Webinar
Reduce Cost of Matrix-Rich HPLC Separations
On-Demand
How To Increase the Cost Effectiveness for HPLC Separations of Challenging and Matrix-Rich Samples

Webinar
The Analytical Landscape of Cannabis Testing Session 4: Residual Solvents & Terpenes by GC-MS
On-Demand
In the first part of this webinar, Kirk will talk about headspace sampling and GC-MS measurement of residual solvents using the JEOL JMS-Q1500GC quadrupole GC-MS system, and how the technique can meet California’s minimum reporting limits.

Webinar
Assessment of Biotherapeutics Quality Attributes Leveraging a Novel Fragmentation Technique
On-Demand
The novel fragmentation technique, electron activated dissociation (EAD) of the ZenoTOF 7600 system (SCIEX), was employed for peptide mapping of a multispecific monoclonal antibody (mAb) as well as IgG1 and IgG4 mAb samples. A specific focus was put on assessing challenging PTMs, such as glycosylations, amino acid isomers and the localization of a sulfation on a singly charged peptide.

Webinar
How To Design, Select and Implement Application Software To Ensure Data Integrity in GXP Regulated Laboratories
On-Demand
This presentation will cover how to use application software to ensure data integrity. Our speaker, data integrity expert Bob McDowall, will explain how process mapping, audit trails, role selection and access privileges can all play a part.

Webinar
Developing Mass Spectrometry for Deep and Quantitative Single-Cell Proteomics
On-Demand
Dr. Nemes will share developments from his lab that enabled the in situ and in vivo measurement of metabolites and proteins in single cells in live tissues and organisms, while Dr. Orsburn will explain how leaps in mass spectrometry can facilitate unprecedented sequence coverage of protein at the single-cell level.
