Measuring Oil and Grease in Water-Solvent Free
Water quality testing is important to address environmental and health concerns. A critical component being analyzed is hydrocarbons, resulting from oil and grease contamination. It was discovered that some previous methods used to measure these pollutants were responsible for ozone depletion, therefore a “greener” method was necessary to determine levels of oil and grease in environmental water.
