Utilization of kinITC in AFFINImeter
The simplified ETC-based kinITC technique proved to be efficient to provide us with kinetic information along with indisputable thermodynamic information. The great advantage of kinITC is obviously that it does not require any particular preparation of the sample and, also, that it is both a true ‘label-free’ and true ‘in-solution’ technique.
