When sample material is limited, insufficient DNA input can make downstream analysis and assay design problematic. A variety of methods that utilize isothermal amplification (DNA amplification at a constant temperature) can solve this dilemma. The two most popular methods, whole genome amplification (WGA) and loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP), can solve many challenges in assay development and mitigate the need for a thermal cycler.

Watch this free webinar to learn more about isothermal amplification methods and how to:

  • Understand how the challenges of amplification from low input DNA, including single cells, can be overcome
  • Discover why more researchers are using a next generation enzyme, EquiPhi29 DNA Polymerase, to obtain uniform DNA amplification by MDA
  • Learn about the utility of LAMP for molecular diagnostic assay development
