CyBio Announces Distribution Agreement with Liconic

CyBio France S.A.R.L., the sales subsidiary of CyBio AG, has signed a distribution agreement with Liconic Instruments AG, Mauren, Liechtenstein.
CyBio France obtained the exclusive right to market Liconics product portfolio in France, as well as provide service for the installed instruments base.
CyBio will be able to integrate Liconic’s incubators and hotels into CyBio’s customized solutions equipment.
CyBio’s technology platforms for drug discovery with its liquid handling, detection and software integration experience will be incorporated with the incubation equipment of Liconic.
The instruments are installed worldwide at leading pharmaceutical and biotechnological companies to facilitate high throughput screening of drugs.
Through the cooperation with Liconic Instruments, CyBio has made a further step to offer a larger range of products and services in the area of plate handling and assay automation in France.
An example of these robotic integrations, including the simultaneous pipettor CyBi®-Well vario, the reader CyBi®-Lumax flash HT and the incubator of Liconic, will be shown at ForumLabo 2006 in Paris La Defense from 28 to 31 March 2006.
