SGS Acquires MSM, MRL, Özel Hatay and Sanilab in Turkey
SGS announces the acquisition of 4 food laboratories located in Turkey, namely Özel MSM Gıda Kontrol Laboratuarı ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ticaret A.Ş. ("MSM"), MRL Merkez Kalıntı Araştırma Laboratuarı A.Ş. ("MRL"), Sanilab Gıda Kontrol Laboratuarı ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Tic. ve San. Ltd. Şti. ("Sanilab") and Özel Hatay Gıda Kontrol Laboratuarı ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Özel Hatay").
The companies are located in Mersin, Hatay and Antalya and are expected to generate cumulative revenues of TL c.16mio in 2011. They employ over 100 staff.
