Mouvex®, part of PSG® has announced that it will be displaying various models of its industry-leading Eccentric Disc Pump technologies in Hall 9.1, Stand E091 at the upcoming AnugaFoodTec 2015. Anuga FoodTec - which is an international trade fair for the food and drink processing industry - will be held from March 24-27 in Cologne, Germany.
At this year’s show, Mouvex will be illustrating how its eccentric disc pump technologies can help food-and-beverage manufacturers optimize Product Recovery and, in turn, “profit recovery.” Product Recovery is a term that refers to the high utilization (or yield) of product or ingredients substantially eliminating waste that would otherwise remain in suction or discharge process lines during changeovers or at the end of production runs.
“Resource efficiency is the top theme at this year’s Anuga FoodTec,” said Rudolf Voland, Senior Regional Sales Manager for Mouvex. “One area where resource efficiency can be improved is by optimizing product recovery during the production process, and Mouvex eccentric disc pumps are the ideal solution for reducing waste and recovering profits. Thanks to an innovative operating principle that provides a non-pulsing, low-slip operation with high volumetric consistency, Mouvex pumps can achieve product-recovery rates of 60% to 80% or more.”
To help show food-and-beverage manufacturers how much product-recovery savings can be realized by switching to eccentric disc pumps, Rudolf Voland, Senior Regional Sales Manager for Mouvex, will be conducting a presentation titled, “Product Recovery: Don’t Leave Profits in the Pipeline,” on March 25 from 3:30-4:00p.m. in the Speaker’s Corner at AnugaFoodTec 2015. In addition, for another up-close look at how Mouvex eccentric disc pumps can enhance food-and-beverage product recovery, Mouvex will have its Product Recovery Demo Unit on display at its booth during the show.
