Aries Filter Works, has announced availability of their next generation Touch Screen Gemini Series Ultra High-Purity Laboratory Water System.

Designed to provide fully programmable dispensing at the touch of a finger, the Gemini’s new PLC-based controller and high resolution 3.5” HMI, 2 color display provides the user with four(4) cu system.

Use of the touch screen’s menu button allows the user to program the four(4) individual batches and get systems information such as serial numbers, manufacture dates, filter installation date, etc.

The controller’s new display is clearer, brighter, and easier to read from a distance, prominently displays water quality on the front panel, and features both dispense and batch buttons.

The display also provides constant user feedback relative to system functions such as initializing, polishing, resistivity, etc., turns red and displays a problem during an alarm condition, and also walks the user through system setup after consumables such as filters, UV light, etc., have been changed.

The Touch Screen Gemini Series System provides up to 3.7 liters per minute of 18.2 megohm, 0.2 micron filtered water using a multi-pass ultraviolet system to irradiate water. A UV protected dispensing port and large, built-in basin accommodate automatic filling of graduated cylinders, carboys, and process tanks.

A variety of options such as a dispensing gun, ultra filtration, wall mounting hardware, a sanitization kit, and RO pre-treatment system are available. The system also exceeds ASTM, CAP, and NCCLS Type I Specifications and meets Bio-Medical Grade Specification ASTM DS196.
