FcRn Binding Kit: Empowering High-Throughput Antibody Drug Screening
In the vast landscape of antibody drug development, the interaction between IgG and neonatal Fc receptor ( FcRn ) stands as an undeniable cornerstone. This interaction profoundly shapes the pharmacokinetics of antibodies, particularly their circulatory half-life, with direct implications on efficacy, safety, and cost-effectiveness of therapeutic candidates. Time-resolved fluorescence resonance energy transfer (TR-FRET) is a novel detection technique that relies on the distance between a donor fluorescent moiety and an acceptor fluorescent moiety to generate a signal by fluorescence resonance energy transfer when the donor and acceptor molecules are in close proximity to each other.
In TR-FRET experiments, since all reactions are carried out in the same solution, there is no need for complex sample handling and additional plate washing steps, which greatly simplifies the process, reduces the difficulty of operation, and minimizes errors introduced by operators. Therefore, it can increase precision to accelerate efficient screening and optimization.
Based on TR-FRET technology and the competitive binding mechanism of human IgG antibodies to FcRn, ACROBiosystems proudly presents the new product: Human FcRn Binding Kit (TR-FRET) (Cat. No. FRT-01).
Human FcRn Binding Kit includes three components and two types of buffers, and the consistency of each batch has been rigorously verified for stable quality; in addition, the products have been designed to take into account the loss of dilution and pipetting by the operator, so you don't need to worry about the interruption of experiments due to the lack of reagents. 100 tests and 500 tests are available now.
