Antibody internalization underpins applications from ADC delivery to receptor modulation. 


This application note presents a live-cell, no-wash assay using a pH-sensitive Fab-based labeling dye to quantify internalization events as antibodies traffic to acidic compartments.


The workflow pairs one-step labeling with automated kinetic imaging on a live-cell imaging platform, enabling side-by-side comparisons across many antibody candidates in miniaturized plate formats.
