Quantitative Cell Profiling of Immune Cell Types From Whole Blood Samples
Exploring cellular heterogeneity and immune composition from whole blood samples can provide prognostic insight and be used to predict therapeutic response.
However, traditional cell profiling methods can only interrogate a limited number of markers per assay. More recently, single cell RNA-sequencing has been adopted, but is limited by sample preparation artifacts and high costs.
This application note explores an optimized RNA-sequencing workflow that reliably determines cell subset abundance and cell-type-specific gene expression profiles from bulk tissue or blood expression data.
