Eirini Theodosiou is a senior lecturer in chemical and biochemical engineering at Aston University. She holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), an MSc in Biochemical Engineering from University College London (UCL), and a PhD in Biotechnology from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU).
Her research focuses on healthcare and cellular agriculture, including the development of methods for selective human cell separation for clinical applications and the development of edible scaffolds from natural biomaterials for animal stem cell expansion and differentiation at scale. Eirini is a member of CellAg Greece and the Network for Cellular Agriculture (NCA).
