ADC Achieves ISO 9001 Certification
News Jan 09, 2015
ADC has announced that it has achieved the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 certification for its design, manufacturing and assembly integration. ADC’s Quality Management System and ISO 9001:2008 certification is applicable to all facets of its operations - the design, development, manufacturing, and assembly/testing/installation.
ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification allows ADC to demonstrate its ability to consistently meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. To qualify for ISO 9001 certification, eight quality principles were met: customer focus, design and manufacturing, assembly and testing, involvement of people at all levels, process approach, system approach to management, continual improvement, factual approach to decision making, and mutual beneficial supplier relationships.
This international standard is one of the most widely adopted and is published by the International Standards Organization (ISO). It ensures that organizations are striving to meet and exceed customers’ requirements and satisfaction through continuous improvement.
ISO 9001 certification proves that ADC and our operation team follows the highest standards when it comes to the support of our customers. “We are delighted to have achieved ISO 9001 accreditation. It sends out a clear message that all members of the ADC team are committed to quality products, customer service and installation/training”, said Alex Deyhim, President of ADC. “The expertise and support of our staff team is unique and invaluable. To date we have helped and delivered more than 4000 turn-key instruments to facilities and customers around the world in 26 countries.”
“Customers want to be confident that they are doing business with an organization that can consistently meet or exceed their needs on time,” said Eric Van Every, Director of operation at ADC. “Successfully completing the rigorous process required for ISO 9001 certification is a clear sign that we are committed to superior product quality and customer satisfaction.”
