Sartorius Appoints Senior Vice President

Sartorius Stedim Biotech has appointed its biopharmaceutical expert Stefan Schlack as Senior Vice President of Marketing.
In his new position, Schlack, who is an experienced Sartorius employee, will assume responsibility for all marketing and product management activities.
Stefan Schlack holds a university degree in business management and has been working for Sartorius since 1996.
After completing vocational training in industrial business management at Sartorius, he studied business economics and management in Cologne, Germany, and worked in field sales in the Sartorius laboratory business unit during his studies.
After earning his university degree, Schlack relocated to the USA, where he worked as a key account manager, supporting pharmaceutical customers and handling OEM business.
Upon his return to Sartorius headquarters in Goettingen in 2006, he was assigned responsibility for global key account management, covering international pharmaceutical companies.
Since 2008, Stefan Schlack has been in charge of key account management as Vice President.
