Necrotizing fasciitis is a serious bacterial skin infection that spreads quickly and kills the body's soft tissue. The infection is commonly called "flesh-eating infection," The bacteria include group A Streptococcus, Klebsiella, Clostridium, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Aeromonas hydrophila.
