What: PerkinElmer, Inc. has announced that it will showcase its protein analysis solutions at PepTalk 2015: The Protein Science Week.

PerkinElmer is focused on automating small scale protein purification and protein characterization to help advance biotherapeutics research.

LabChip® GXII Touch microfluidics technology: offers sample acquisition time in under 40 seconds for both medium and high throughput applications; 96 protein samples can be analyzed in less than an hour, virtually eliminating process development bottlenecks. The LabChip Touch microfluidics platform is an alternative to those tedious manual gels and provides for higher throughput and better workflow efficiency.

JANUS® BioTX Automated Workstations: enables consistent small scale purification and sample prep for analytical protein characterization required to support quality by design experimentation in both upstream and downstream processes. The JANUS® BioTX Workstation enables column, tip and batch chromatography modes, eliminating the need for multiple instruments.

AlphaPlex™ reagent technology: a homogeneous, all-in-one-well multiplexing reagent system for performing ultra-sensitive immunoassay analyses, while providing research professionals with more data in less time and with minimal human intervention. Researchers can use AlphaPlex reagents to quantify a broad range of analytes, from nucleotides to large proteins, as well as immunophenotype various cell populations.
