Abnormal tau hyperphosphorylation and accumulation into neuronal neurofibrillary tangles are linked to neurodegeneration in Alzheimer’s disease. The aim of this study was to test the effects of a new therapeutic agent in a mouse model of tau deposition (Tg4510 mice).
