The US National Plan To Address Alzheimer's With Eliezer Masliah

To combat and ultimately cure Alzheimer’s, a collaborative effort from across science will be required. Technology Networks’ online symposium, Advances in Alzheimer’s Research, brought together researchers from around the globe in May 2019.

In this plenary, Eliezer Masliah, director of the Division of Neuroscience at the National Institute on Aging (NIA), will outline the primary goals of the US federal effort against Alzheimer’s known as the National Alzheimer’s Project Act and explore the most promising treatments that have resulted from this and related efforts. He will then look towards the near future of Alzheimer’s research in the US.
