Alice Limonciel, PhD profile page

Alice Limonciel holds a PhD in molecular biology from the Medical University of Innsbruck, Austria, and has worked as a postdoctoral researcher specializing in multiomics analysis in toxicology in the Netherlands. With many years of experience analyzing and interpreting omics data, Dr. Limonciel has a deep understanding of the challenges scientists face and the importance of transforming data into meaningful stories. As a strong believer in scientific communication and making metabolomics accessible to a wider audience, she developed the method known as "The STORY principle," described in the eponymous book. She also hosts The Metabolomist podcast dedicated to connecting metabolomics scientists and sharing their stories. Today, Dr. Limonciel serves as Chief Science Officer at biocrates life sciences, Austria where she strives to enable the application of metabolomics in the most promising areas of modern medicine, from personalized to population health.
