Automated Low-volume DNA Normalisation and NGS Library Prep for Single-cell Analysis
This application note presents data from Prof. Stephen Quake’s lab, Stanford University, USA on the use of TTP Labtech’s automated low-volume liquid handlers for miniaturising DNA normalisation and library prep volumes for singlecell analysis.
Development of a Homogenous RSV Neutralisation Assay on the Mirrorball Fluorescence Cytometer
Here we present the development and implementation of a simple RSV-neutralisation assay on TTP Labtech’s mirrorball fluorescence cytometer.
Multipette®/ Repeater® M4 Allows for Fast, Precise and Sterile Liquid Transfer in Cell Culture
This application note demonstrates the huge advantages offered by Multipette M4 in terms of accuracy and precision needed for many cell culture applications.
Investigation of Cell Migration using a High Density Cell Exclusion Assay and Automated Microplate Imager
This application note investigates the use of high density cell exclusion assays for examination of cell migration.
Blood Cell Analysis with the Moxi Z
This application note discusses how Moxi Z can generate important metrics from blood samples for non-clinical analysis including red blood cell (RBC) counts, mean corpuscular volume (MCV), white blood cell (WBC) total counts and peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) size distributions and counts.
Determining the Fluorescence Limit of Detection for a Given Flourophore
This note works through an experiment to approximately establish a baseline in terms of the fluorescence limit of detection for a given fluorophore.
Aseptic Identification of Polysorbates using Handheld Raman
As polysorbates are reactive to light and air, packaging is usually in thick, dark, amber bottles. This makes the identification process more difficult, as opening the container could compromise the sterility and quality of these materials. Handheld Raman is capable of identifying these materials without any sampling or preparation.
Cell Culture Media Identification In Biopharmaceuticals With Handheld Raman
This application note discusses the identification of cell culture media using Raman analysis.
Measuring Exosome Stability with Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis
Here, an LM10 is used to measure the size and concentration of exosomes after storage at two different temperatures, 4°C and room temperature.
Performing ADCC Reporter Bioassay with an Environmentally Controlled Microplate Reader
The Promega ADCC Reporter Bioassay provides effector and target cells in frozen, thaw-and-use format, removing the need for isolating or culturing cells in order to perform the assay. Reporter induction requires a six-hour to overnight incubation in a standard cell culture incubator. The CO2 and temperature control features of the Tecan Infinite® 200 PRO with GCM allow the assay induction to be performed without the requirement for a cell culture incubator.
