Organoids are complex self-organized 3D cell culture models that are often derived from stem cells. Epithelial intestinal organoids, or “mini-guts”, maintain the physiological characteristics of the gastrointestinal system and are a useful tool to model intestinal development and disease.

Traditional isolation techniques rely on lengthy primary tissue isolation, either from mouse or from difficult-to-source human tissue samples. However, induced pluripotent stem cell-derived organoids would enable the rapid generation of patient-specific cell models from a wider range of human donors.

  • Highly characterized
  • Assay-ready
  • Cryopreserved
