Biobanking Explored at ELA 2012

Biobanking: Preparation, Storage and Analysis will form one of the eight available conference streams at this unique laboratory automation conference which will run from 30th-31st May at the Conference Center Hamburg, Germany.

The stream dedicated to the issues, technologies and opportunities in the biobanking arena, will feature keynote presentations from leading scientists including Ulf Landegren of the University of Uppsala, Pamela Pinzani of the University of Florence and Kurt Zatloukal of the Medical University of Grazwill. Attending delegates will be able to hear about developments in this rapidly expanding field including advances in the ethical considerations, EU regulations and logistical challenges associated with storing various biological samples.
