The new website experience is centered on providing the consumer simple, easy to read information about Adult Stem Cells and CRYO's long term adult stem cell storage service currently offered through a national network of physicians. "The decision to redesign the website to be more consumer friendly was an easy decision after CRYO's successful media campaign launch that attracted over 11,000 new members. From the feedback we received, we knew it was time for an update," explains Natalia Drulle, Creative Director.
As part of CRYO's on-going marketing campaign the new site features a live chat function to answer questions concerning the Company's products and services. "Adding this dynamic feature to the site experience is a useful tool to increase customer support and sales conversion," says John DiFolco, Director of Marketing.
