Reflect Scientific, Inc., a provider of diverse products and services for the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and transportation industries has announced that their VUV-24 UV detector was selected for a key role in an industrial process control system.

The Visacon model VUV-24 UV/Visible detector, an analytical instrument that uses the principle of measuring light absorption to determine concentrations of chemicals, has been selected for its high sensitivity and low detection limits as the control instrument for a critical industrial process.

"The Visacon detector performed flawlessly during the trials. We expect shipments of the instrument to begin next quarter," said Mr. Kim Boyce, CEO of Reflect Scientific.
