Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., has announced two new products for in vitro fertilization (IVF) applications, the Thermo Scientific Nunc IVF ICSI and Center Well petri dishes. Designed for consistent experimental conditions and reliable results, all Nunc™ IVF dishes are tested to the highest standards and undergo a rigorous quality control procedure.
As vital consumables within IVF, petri dishes must be kept free from contaminants to ensure an optimized experimental environment. These dishes are designed with a flat bottom for optimal heat transfer, ensuring that the correct temperature is maintained for cell viability.
The Nunc ICSI dishes (suitable for intracytoplasmic sperm injection procedures) and the Center Well dishes provide a safe environment for fertilization that is free from toxins that may have a negative impact on results. Nunc consumables are MEA (mouse embryo assay) tested and certified.
