Aneuro is a brand of ACROBiosystems dedicated to advancing neuroscience research and delivering innovative solutions. Aneuro aims to contribute to the understanding and treatment of neurological diseases through a diverse profile of neuroscience proteins, pre-formed fibrils (PFFs), neural antibodies, neurotrophic factors, iPSC-derived organoids and neural cells, and microelectrode array service. Combined, these solutions can offer a more comprehensive understanding and study of the biological properties, functions, and mechanisms of nerve cells in neurodegenerative diseases.

Neuroscience protein products cover multiple neurodegenerative diseases, neuroinflammatory disorders, neurological tumors, functional neurological disorders, and psychiatric diseases. These recombinant proteins serve as drug targets, advancing neuroscience drug development and in vitro diagnostic research. ACROBiosystems offer specific proteins related to Alzhemier’s Disease including APP/A beta, APOE, ACHE, BCHE, BACE-1, Clusterin, GSK-3beta, LRP-1, NPTX2, Nogo Receptor, Tau, TREM2, VLDLR and more.

Pre-formed fibrils (PFFs) are fibrillar proteins prepared in vitro with “seeding” activity, capable of continuously recruiting soluble pathological proteins and promoting their aggregation. ACROBiosystems’ PFFs are produced by high quality monomers with low endotoxin levels and high-performance activity verified by electron microscopy and ThT fluorescence assay. Aneuro provides Tau-441 PFFs, alpha-synuclein PFFs, Amyloid beta PFFs, TDP-43 PFFs and SOD-1 PFFs, supporting and accelerating the establishment of reliable neurodegenerative models when combined with our other solutions like the cerebral organoids.

Neural antibodies products for neuroscience research specifically label key molecules for various neural cells, featuring high specificity, sensitivity, and stability. Rigorously validated, they bind to neural markers like GFAP to identify astrocytes, NG2 to identify oligodendrocytes progenitors, Olig2 to identify oligodendrocytes, and NeuN to identify mature neurons.

Neurotrophic factors (NTFs) are proteins with neurotrophic activity that nourish neural cells, promoting their survival and regeneration. ACROBiosystems has developed a series of recombinant neural factors to support the culture and differentiation of nerve cells, mainly including nerve growth factor (NGF), brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), neurotrophic factor-3 (NT-3), neurotrophin-4 (NT-4, NT-5), neurotrophin-6 (NT-6), ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF), glia cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) and  more.

ACROBiosystems iPSC derived product line includes iPSC-Derived neural progenitor cells, iPSC-Derived dopamine neurons, and iPSC-Derived Cerebral Organoids. Neural progenitor cells possess multipotent differentiation capacity, efficiently generating various types of neurons and support cells, while dopamine neurons accurately model the function of human substantia nigra dopamine neurons. These cell products offer high efficiency and consistency, ideal for drug screening, toxicology studies, and disease modeling. iPSC-Derived brain organoids possess similar structure and electrophysiological properties to human brain, making them valuable tools for neuropharmacological screening, disease modeling, AAV vector screening, and neurodevelopmental research. ACROBiosystems offer cerebral organoid and midbrain organoid products to provide researchers with robust experimental models.

Microelectrode Array (MEA) is an advanced electrophysiological technology that allows real-time, non-invasive recording of cellular electrical signals, enabling long-term monitoring of neuronal network activity and capturing complex signal patterns. This technology is suitable for high-throughput drug screening, neurotoxicity assessment, and drug efficacy testing, providing reliable data for drug development. ACROBiosystems offer industry-leading MEA detection services for electrophysiological activity in both 2D cells and organoids.
