Intellicyt® T Cell Memory Cell and Cytokine Profiling Kit

Measure T cell memory phenotype and function at different stages while getting information about their health and role in cytokine secretion with the Intellicyt^® T Cell Memory Cell and Cytokine Profiling Kit. This one wash assay requires minimal hands on time and measures both cells and beads in the same assay well to:

• Differentiate live vs dead immune cells.
• Immunophenotype CD3+ T cells, CD3- non-T cells, CD4+ T helper cells, CD8+ T cytotoxic cells.
• Phenotype T naive/memory/effector cells using 5 different T cell surface markers CD45RA, CD45RO, CD27 (long term survival), CD62L, and CD95.
• Measure effector cytokines secreted by activated T cells, including pro-inflammatory cytokine IFNγ and anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10.
