It is a configurable, flexible screening workflow processing engine built on top of the data visualization and analysis capabilities of TIBCO Spotfire®.
From plate readers to high content data to surface plasmon resonance (SPR), Signals Screening processes raw data from multiple instrument sources, so scientists only need to learn one software package for all their data analysis needs. The platform allows data comparisons from different experiments and instruments, increasing confidence that the results are real. Templates can be saved for procedures that are run over and over, providing a nearly automated analysis, decreasing repetition, and increasing the consistency of data processing day to day, within groups, and across departments. This ability to analyze raw data directly from an instrument means less data wrangling and cutting and pasting, thus decreasing chances for errors. Integration with electronic notebooks or corporate databases further increases data integrity.
