Seahorse Real-Time Cell Metabolic Analysis

The Agilent Seahorse XF Pro platform is designed for the real-time measurement of cellular metabolism. It reports key metabolic rates, such as oxygen consumption rate (OCR), proton efflux rate (PER), and extracellular acidification rate (ECAR), alongside ATP production in live cells. This platform delivers precise OCR detection, even at low activity levels, making it reliable for studying less active cells like naïve T cells.

• High-sensitivity cell analysis, capable of assessing as few as 5,000 cells per well 

• High-precision OCR measurement, ensuring accuracy for low-respiring cells

• Multi-parameter reporting, offering insights into OCR, PER or ECAR, and ATP production from each well
