Select the best fit with wide donor variety of hPBMCs
Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) are a mixed population of single nucleus cells. They can be further purified to isolate individual cell types such as natural killer cells, T cells, and B cells. PMBCs are a rich source of monocytes, which can be directed to differentiate through culture with various cytokines into either macrophages or dendritic cells .
Key features:
With unmatched donor variety and fill sizes you can select a lot based on donor demographic characteristics, and screen multiple lots to find the lot(s) that work best for you. Information is available before you select the lot. A Certificate of Analysis is provided for each cell lot purchased
Repeat donors if you need additional cells from a particular donor
HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C are not detected for all donors and/or cell lots.
