TaKaRa Mycoplasma qPCR Detection Kit
The TaKaRa Mycoplasma qPCR Detection Kit is designed for detecting mycoplasma DNA by real-time PCR using DNA extracted from a cell suspension. In order to detect a wide range of species, the primer and probe are designed to target the region containing the 16S rRNA and 23S rRNA genes of mycoplasma. Successful DNA extraction from cell samples can be ensured by using the Spike-in Control DNA included in the kit. This kit has been tested against known global pharmacopeia standards (EU and JP).
