Antibody Pairs: High Sensitivity Verified by Cultured Virus Detection

ACROBiosystems’ matched antibody pairs are specifically designed and screened for antigen detection kit development, which are suitable for different diagnostic assays, such as chemiluminescent immunoassay, ELISA, gold immunochromatography assay, etc.

The sensitivity of the sandwich ELISA can be as low as 12 pg/mL in the verification study using recombinant antigens. In addition, the antibody pairs have been verified using inactivated virus samples. The titer, which was determined using our LFA assay, is as low as 5 TCID50.
