Making Spatial Analysis Accessible to the Community

Making Spatial Analysis Accessible to the Community content piece image

In this webinar, Dr. Michaela Asp, a project coordinator at SciLifeLab, will explain how the team provide access to technology for massively parallel sequencing and genotyping at all scales, along with associated bioinformatics support. She will focus on the lab’s recent launch of spatially resolved transcriptome-wide analysis in tissue sections using the 10x Genomics Visium assay.

This talk will serve as a guide through on how the technology has evolved, how the protocol is run at NGI and the service that they provide their users.

Attend this webinar to:

  • Learn about the fundamentals and future of spatial technology
  • Learn how SciLifeLab works with spatial technology
  • Leverage from the vast experience of SciLifeLab
