High Throughput 4D-Proteomics
App Note / Case Study
Published: March 10, 2021
Data-independent acquisition (DIA) facilitates reproducible and accurate protein identification and quantification across large sample cohorts. Ion mobility provides an additional dimension of separation for complex samples, which can also be used for aligning precursor and fragment ions. For true clinical proteomics, robust analysis of several hundreds of samples per day is highly desirable which in turn requires fast and robust instrumentation.
Download this app note to discover a DIA workflow that:
- Can identify and quantify 5200 protein groups in single-shot analysis
- Delivers reproducible identification and quantification information
- Is ideally suited for high-throughput proteomic profiling of hundreds of samples per day
