Symposium on Microwave Accelerated Synthesis , Dusseldorf, Germany
Event Sep 14
Over the last few years microwave irradiation has become a common and efficient energy source in chemical and pharmaceutical industry. It is also an approved way to perform chemical syntheses faster and cleaner in academic and industrial research. However, the exorbitant increase in the number of publications dealing with this subject emphasises on the promising potential of microwave accelerated syntheses that has not yet been discovered completely. Microwave accelerated reactions still reveal fascinating opportunities concerning pathway course, reaction rate and yield.
On this account, GDCh has great pride in organizing the first ever Symposium on Microwave Accelerated Synthesis in Germany at the Heinrich-Heine University, Duesseldorf. This Symposium aims at presenting and discussing the opportunities and advantages of microwave irradiation in chemical reactions. By gathering scientists, technological engineers and experts from academic, industrial and governmental institutes, this event will offer a diversified view on this fascinating and versatile issue of science.
