Argint International (Argint), a clinical research organization based in Central and South-Eastern Europe, and Brookwood International Academy (the Academy), an independent academy specializing in clinical research and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training and certification based in Guildford, UK, have entered into a strategic partnership.

Under the terms of the agreement, Argint obtains exclusive distribution rights for the Academy’s training courses throughout Central and South Eastern Europe (CEE/SEE).

The Academy provides GCP and clinical research courses which are accredited by the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Physicians of the Royal Colleges of Physicians in the UK. The Academy has previously trained thousands of clinical research staff and investigators from more than 50 countries worldwide.

Argint international will now market and deliver the Academy’s courses in the following countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Bosnia-Herzegovenia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia.

“We have enjoyed a close association with Argint for many years. We are certain that our new partner will provide our interactive clinical research courses to the very high standards we have set for over two decades. The partnership opens the door for clinical researchers in CEE/SEE countries to benefit from our joint expertise” stated Professor David Hutchinson PhD FICR FRQA, Academic Dean, Brookwood International Academy.

Steve Dobbin, COO of Argint International commented “We are extremely pleased to enter into this strategic partnership with the Academy. The clinical research industry in CEE/SEE has grown very quickly and the number of trials being placed in this region increases every year. This growth presents industry with a challenge – how to ensure staff are well trained and proficient in their roles. The Academy’s courses will be a great resource to organizations and individuals committed to training and quality throughout the region.”
