Genedata and ChemAxon Integrate Lead Discovery Technologies

Genedata and ChemAxon have announced the integration of ChemAxon’s chemical visualization technology with Genedata’s lead discovery software solution.

The integrated solution can capture and display discovery relevant information to help researchers identify drug candidates.

Scientific computing specialists at Genedata and ChemAxon have integrated the chemical intelligence functionality of MarvinView with Hit Profiler, Genedata’s software solution for the prioritization of hits to leads.

MarvinView is a platform-independent interactive visualization tool for viewing and managing chemical structure information.

The success of the integration rests on the fact that both companies use the same advanced software technologies, including Java 5 generics and concurrency APIs.
