Malvern to Host Chemical Imaging web Seminar

Malvern Instruments has announced that on 12 September 2006 it will host a web seminar devoted to ‘NIR Chemical Imaging: Simultaneous chemical and physical measurements of solid-state materials’.

Part of Malvern’s established and active program of live seminars delivered across the web, this will be the first to take chemical imaging as a theme.

The seminar will highlight Malvern’s extended technology and applications capabilities following the company’s acquisition of Spectral Dimensions Inc in July.

Examples of applications in the pharmaceutical industry will be used to illustrate the value of the technology for solving problems in formulation development, quality assurance and quality control as well as root cause analysis and in-process measurements in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
